received is our newest and most flexible cable ever. There are
many new improvements over our
GREEN jacket cables. We know
you find this cable to be the best on the market and we welcome
your comments.

The
Orange
jacket......
This three part outer casing jacket is made completely of
Non-Conducting Materials. There is NO METAL weaving below
the plastic case as in the Green jacket cables. When the
green jacket wore off, it exposed a metal cover that could
allow sparking or electricity to travel down the jacket.

Since the
Orange
jacket
has no metal in it, it is lighter and more flexible. The
inner plastic core is a mixture of Teflon plastics. This
reduces the friction of the spinning inner cable and allows
it to turn, even with tighter bends.

The press
socket on each end is redesigned. They no longer need to
be “crimped”. Our new sockets are threaded and allow easier
field repairs. Just unscrew, cut the jacket and reinstall.

The drill
end and brush end have grooves to identify what size
inner thread you have.
No grooves = .110 One Groove = .130 Two grooves = .150

Drill
and brush ends. We have changed the location of the set
screw locks. They are directly opposite of each other, not
at 12 and 4 o’clock that made it difficult to line up the
flat spots during field repairs.
